Google launched its new ‘One Channel’ redesign for YouTube in a limited trial last month (02/2013) and now the new layout, which includes cover photos and trailers, is available for all users. Youtube will migrate your channel to the new design, and walk you through it. For a limited time, you'll be able to switch back to the previous design if you like. Non-Subscribed Trailer
All your viewers can become subscribers. You just need to win them over. With the new design you can feature a trailer that plays only when non-subscribed viewers land on your channel. Below is my channel trailer to get people subscribe to my channel.
Personalize Your Channel - Channel Art
Another new feature is the new Youtube Banner (channel art) that goes at the top of the video. You can give your channel a custom look and feel by selecting some Channel art. Your channel art will be used on all platforms where viewers can see your channel (TV, mobile, tablets, etc.) To get specifications for making your channel go to his page: Channel Art Guidelines.
