YouTube One Channel, Now Available For Everyone 

Google launched its new ‘One Channel’ redesign for YouTube in a limited trial last month (02/2013) and now the new layout, which includes cover photos and trailers, is available for all users. Youtube will migrate your channel to the new design, and walk you through it. For a limited time, you'll be able to switch back to the previous design if you like. Please go to my Youtube channel to see the new layout :-))

Non-Subscribed Trailer

All your viewers can become subscribers. You just need to win them over. With the new design you can feature a trailer that plays only when non-subscribed viewers land on your channel.  Below is my channel trailer to get people subscribe to my channel.

Personalize Your Channel - Channel Art

Another new feature is the new Youtube Banner (channel art) that goes at the top of the video. You can give your channel a custom look and feel by selecting some Channel art. Your channel art will be used on all platforms where viewers can see your channel (TV, mobile, tablets, etc.) To get specifications for making your channel go to his page: Channel Art Guidelines.

Leap Motion

Leap Motion’s Sick 3D Gesture Control Hardware Will Only Cost $80

You can only do so much on a computer with clicks and taps, but the Leap Motion controller makes a huge leap forward. Now you can interact with your computer in real, natural ways with your hands and fingers in the air!

According to Leap Motion, the new technology is 200 times more accurate than anything else on the market, capable of imaging all ten of your fingers, over a 150 degree field of view, at 290 frames per second. Supposedly accurate to around a hundredth of a millimeter, the device monitors a space four cubic feet in size, and can deftly track individual finger tips, the whole hand, or inanimate objects. The video above shows how impressive it's set to be.

The company revealed on Wednesday that it will ship its $80 motion tracking device to customers who placed preorders during the week of May 13th, and it will arrive at Best Buy stores in the U.S. on May 19th.

Asus Padfone’s Demo Video 

Asus has been teasing us with its innovative Padfone device since last year. Asus Padfone is really a cool concept that docks a smartphone into a tablet and then the tablet turns into a notebook with the help of a keyboard dock. The manufacturer has showed us the final design and final specs of the Asus Padfone at this year’s MWC event. Asus released an official video demo for the Padfone on YouTube, praising its display, processor, battery life and Stylus/headset accessory. (more)

Add Language Translator Widget To your Blog.
